Capital City Productions presented the 4th Annual Vancouver Island Cultural Festival (V.I.C. Fest) at St. Ann’s Academy in Victoria, BC on Saturday, June 14, 2014.
Performers included Said The Whale, Bear Mountain, Towers and Trees, The Roper Show, Pigeon Hole, Man Made Lake, Hawk and Steel, Robbie Aylesworth, Scotty Hills, Lola Parks, Evan Bourque, DJ Murge, and DJ Boitano.
